City of Modesto Welcomes CalGIS 2008!

Welcome to CalGIS 2008!
|
|
Hello Everyone,
Welcome to the second issue
of the CalGIS 2008 newsletter.
The 2008 conference will be
celebrating 14 years of GIS people coming together from all over our
State. We are beginners and experts,
from government, agriculture, transportation, education, industry,
utilities, and business. We share ideas, information, projects, successes,
and stories. We work together, meet
new people, and learn about new innovations and applications for GIS. Many are involved with GIS groups -
locally, regionally, statewide, or nationally. Whether you are very involved or just
beginning, this conference offers an excellent opportunity for learning and
sharing.
There is still time to take
advantage of the $99 early bird special that is good until 8/31/07. This is a great value for a great
conference. Remember to check out
the web site often for updates and information about events at the
conference.
Sincerely,
RuthAnne Harbison,
